These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bioharmony Babes app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Bioharmony Babes helps you track your menstrual cycle and offers phase-based nutrition, exercise, fasting and Human Design–based scheduling suggestions.
The app is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and its cycle predictions and questionnaires are estimates, not clinical assessments. Do not rely on the app for contraception or to diagnose any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and contact your local emergency number in an emergency.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and tell us about any unauthorized use.
Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or to other users’ data.
You keep ownership of the data you log. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the app’s features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Bioharmony Babes name, logo and app content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The app relies on third-party services (such as Supabase and the Human Design Hub API). Their availability and performance are outside our control.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that predictions, suggestions or calculations are accurate, complete, or suitable for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
